Kid Achievements
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and scope
By installing or using Kid Achievements, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the privately distributed Android application provided by Vafrcor Studio.
2. Private family use
The app is licensed for private family use by known recipients. You may use it to manage family profiles, activities, points, and rewards. The app is not a public financial, employment, educational, or child-monitoring service.
3. Parent and guardian responsibility
A parent or guardian must control setup and supervise use involving children. The responsible adult decides what information to enter, who may access each profile, and whether activities or reward requests are approved.
4. Credentials and passphrases
You are responsible for protecting device access, profile credentials, PINs, Google account access, and the family synchronization passphrase. Vafrcor Studio cannot recover a forgotten passphrase or decrypt family cloud data without it.
5. Backups and synchronization
Local storage is the app's source of truth when offline. Optional backups and multi-device synchronization may be enabled through a connected Google account. Network interruption, authorization expiry, conflicting changes, provider failure, or user error may delay or prevent synchronization. Keep verified backups before replacing or resetting a device; data recovery is not guaranteed.
6. Google services
Google Drive features are optional and are also subject to Google's terms and policies. Vafrcor Studio does not control Google services, their availability, account restrictions, or changes to their interfaces.
7. Acceptable use
Acceptable use means lawful private family use. Do not use the app to harm, deceive, harass, unlawfully monitor, or exploit another person; interfere with the app or Google services; distribute malicious modifications; or attempt unauthorized access to another family's data.
8. Availability and updates
The app is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Features, compatibility, and availability may change through updates. Older versions might not read data created by newer versions. Create a verified backup before installing an update.
9. Disclaimer and limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Ending use
You may end use at any time by disconnecting optional cloud access, deleting cloud data where desired, and uninstalling the app. Uninstalling removes local application data but might not remove previously stored Google Drive app data.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes to these terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continuing to use a later version after notice means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions may be sent through Contact support.
